Collection: Lamb

Our small herd of St.Croix-Dorper-Katahdin sheep live on our pastures and spend their days grazing. In the winter months we provide some grain to supplement the fields and we also provide minerals to keep them healthy year-round.

When we are short on inventory, we also source from the Maryland Lamb Co-op, a cooperative of regenerative farmers.
